Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Assist Haramain, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to provide a fair and flexible experience for all pilgrims.
Booking Cancellations
Cancellation Before Rental Start Date
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before the scheduled rental start date and receive a full refund, minus any payment gateway, bank, or transaction charges (if applicable).
Same-Day Cancellation
If a cancellation is made on the day of the rental, we will do our best to provide a full refund. However, a small administrative fee may be deducted if the wheelchair has already been prepared, delivered, or reserved exclusively for the customer.
Flight Delays and Travel Changes
If your flight is delayed, your arrival date changes, or your travel plans are modified, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly reschedule your booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Equipment Issues
If a wheelchair experiences a technical issue during the rental period, Assist Haramain will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace it promptly.
If we are unable to provide a replacement, a refund will be issued for the affected rental period.
Security Deposit
Any refundable security deposit will be returned after the wheelchair is inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in cases involving:
Intentional damage or misuse of the wheelchair
Loss or theft of the equipment
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Missing accessories, chargers, keys, batteries, or other components
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days and returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
