They delivered it on Medinah hotel, and I take it with me on Hermain train for Mecca, and they pick it up from Mecca hotel, after completion of my Umrah journey. I use it for 10 days. The wheelchair is in very very good condition, almost new, and the battery is also very good condition. Like, I do couple of taqaf in one charge on first floor. The service is really very good.
